This collection is entitled, 'kinaiyahan', which is the visayan word for nature.

The textiles in this collection are inspired by the beauty of nature in the Philippines, highlighting our country's exotic underwater life, unique rock formations and beautiful tropical forests. It features a series of handwoven textiles made with upcycled discarded materials. The weavers that worked on these textiles explored a variety of weave structures and different ways of manipulating the materials in order to mimic the lines, textures, colour combinations and unique shapes seen in these different aspects of nature.
